Sullivan House, Fork Shoals, SC (circa 1808)

Preservation South is guiding the restoration of this federal hall parlor house discovered by the owner under layers of aluminum siding and fake wood paneling.  With the largest stone chimneys known to survive in the upstate, this house was billed as a tear down but instead is being meticulously restored.
