Pelzer Mill Store, Pelzer SC (circa 19009)
The Pelzer community is beginning a period of renewal. The mill store was once a commercial and civic hub for the community hosting the Masonic lodge on the second floor. After years of sitting dormant, the building will be rehabilitated into a locally owned restaurant space with a focus on the arts.
