Preservation South is guiding the tax credit rehabilitation of the old Post Office Building in Anderson, SC. Since 1940 the building served as a mortuary and underwent significant interior alterations. The building will be brought back to its original interior layout, character defining features will be retained and restored, and the building will serve a new life as a unique 21st century office space.
